Tool Room Assistant
Position Summary
Our Tool Room Assistants are responsible for altering, repairing, cleaning, maintaining, and assembling various types of tooling, injection mold dies, tools, fixtures, and gauges within our facility. Their responsibilities include cleaning dies, molds, and tools, performing bench and machine operations to construct, alter or repair the die casting molds and dies, operating manual equipment such as milling machines, CNC machines, engine lathes, grinders, and more, using precision instruments and blueprints to verify conformance of parts to customer specifications, and maintaining a clean and safe working environment. No experience or post-secondary education is required for this position; however, candidates with experience in tool and die will be prioritized. Anyone meeting our physical requirements and capable of working in a hot work environment with a high school diploma or GED and basic math and communication skills may apply.
This position is available on second shift from 3:15 p.m. to 1:45 a.m.
